Zhoushan Nanhaiya Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd., rooted in Zhoushan, the "Hometown of Screw in China," is located in Zone C, No. 502, Xingzhou Avenue West, Dinghai District, Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province. It is one of the earliest professional manufacturers in China specializing in the research and development and production of precision screws and melt barrels. Leveraging regional industrial advantages and its own technological expertise, the company has consistently prioritized technology since its founding. Leveraging its strong technical capabilities, advanced production processes, and intelligent equipment, the company integrates over a decade of practical experience in screw and melt barrel manufacturing, actively introducing cutting-edge European and American technologies and techniques, and establishing a comprehensive service chain encompassing "design, processing, and production."

From custom screw design and alloy spray welding to full-scale product manufacturing—including single screws, conical twin screws, and parallel twin screws, as well as specialized screws and barrels for specialized applications such as PE wood-plastic composites, PVC, EVA, TPR, TR, and aluminum-plastic composite panels—each product boasts high-quality quality control and high-precision performance, earning deep trust from the market and customers. In terms of product quality, the company adheres to the dual standards of "strict material selection + precise craftsmanship." All screws and barrels are made from 38CrMoAIA alloy steel. They undergo quenching and tempering, precision machining, surface nitriding, and specialized electroplating. The screw surfaces are also treated with a dual-alloy spray coating. This series of meticulous processes endows the products with excellent wear and corrosion resistance, significantly extending their service life. Their performance rivals that of imported products, successfully replacing imported products.
