Nanhaiya's injection molding screws are made of 38CrMoALA alloy steel, heat-treated, suitable for processing non-corrosive plastics such as PE and PP, with a service life of approximately 10,000-20,000 hours. After quenching and tempering , shear wear resistance is increased by 50%, making them suitable for processing reinforced plastics containing glass fiber (≤30%) (such as PA + glass fiber). We nitrid the injection molding screws, performing gas nitriding at 500-560℃ to form a nitrided layer with a thickness of 0.5-0.8mm (hardness 950-1050HV), which can improve wear resistance by 30%-40%.

Injection molding screws can be used for: PE, PP, PS, ABS. Applications include: PVC pipe fittings, plastic door and window accessories; PA automotive engine peripheral parts; PBT LED lamp holders and electrical connectors; and glass fiber reinforced PA and carbon fiber reinforced PC products.
