1. The diameter of the Aluminum-Plastic Panel Single Screw is determined according to the width of the aluminum-plastic board and the production requirements. Common sizes include Φ65mm, Φ90mm, Φ120mm, Φ150mm, etc.

2. The surface of the single screw is treated for high smoothness, and the flow channels are polished to prevent the adhesion and degradation of the materials, thus avoiding the formation of black spots.

3. The specialized aluminum-plastic board matching screw design features a screw head and a pinion mixing section. The screw head adopts a torpedo shape or a round shape to avoid dead corners and prevent material from getting stuck and decomposing.

Drive Power	Related to screw diameter and output. For example, a single-screw extruder with a 65mm screw diameter typically has a drive power of 45-90kw.
Operating Temperature	The temperature of the feeding section is generally 160-170℃, the melting section is 180-190℃, and the die head section is 175-185℃.
